From Okehampton (10.1 miles) – head towards Bow on the B3215. At De Bathe Cross turn left into North Tawton, then follow the directions from North Tawton.
From North Tawton (2.4 miles) – head into the town and at the clock tower in the square turn in front of the pharmacy, past the church. Follow the road for 1.8 miles and take the 2nd left at a cross roads called Farley’s Grave. Continue for 1.2 miles to the Bondleigh village sign and we’re the next driveway on the left with stone walls and big black gates.
From Crediton (12.8 miles) – take the A377 to Morchard Road. At Morchard Road turn left onto the B3220 towards Winkleigh. Take the 3rd road on the left at Blackditch Cross signed North Tawton. Follow this road keeping right at the staggered cross roads with a cream house in the middle called ‘West Newton’. After half a mile you’ll reach Farley’s Grave cross, go straight over towards Bondleigh. Continue about 1 mile until you reach the Bondleigh village sign, we are the next driveway entrance on the left with stone walls and big black metal gates. Higher Lowton Farm is the first property on the right. If you reach Lowton Cross you’ve gone about 10m too far.
From Winkleigh (4 miles) – Leave Winkleigh on the A3124 towards North Tawton and Okehampton. At Cadditon Cross turn left to Bondleigh. Follow this road into Bondleigh over a narrow bridge and up a steep hill. When you reach the top of the hill you’ll come to Lowton Cross (T junction) continue straight and we’re the next entrance on the right with big stone walls and black gates. Higher Lowton Farm is the first property on the right, next to the stables.
